Obsessive Stalker....?

I really need you advice and help. Theres this guy named Joe Ariza who is harring me on my cell phone quite a few times per week. I never wanted a relationship with him, but he thinks I'm playing hard to get but im not. His stupid friend Alec, I knew gae him my cell 3 behind his back w/ out my permission. This jow guy is making, , beating,a nd murderous threats, and threatening to appear at my door. He claims hes in love iwth me, but I only knew him for 2 hours. I havent seen him in almost two years, and he's still making harring phone calls and getting his friends to call to stalk me too. he cant tak eno for an answer. He always call me under a restricted # so i cant trace it and thats hwo he makes me answer. I'm afraid and annoyed by him. I havfe no proof to show the cops, b/c it scomming in restricted. I called my phone company and they said they cannot block restricted calls. Now I'm ******. I can't change my # either, because 300 important people have it.
