Was I being selfish in HS?

Extremely and you're probably not going to like to hear this but your friend was right you were being a b*tch to them. If I were them (and to some extend I was) I would do the same thing the only thing you can do now is try to be nicer and show them that you don't think its all about you. After all how could anyone tell a star apart from the extras if there weren't any extras?
