Does it annoy you when you see families with a lot of kids?

Today at lunch I saw a woman that had 4 kids, all under the age of 6 and she was pregnant again!! Her kids were running around, screaming, throwing tantrums, while she did nothing. Does it annoy you when you see somebody with alot of kids and doesn't know how to keep them in line? Do they not realize what a drain on the environment their oversized familes are?
