Need to pick up a player to replace?

I would take Guillen over Hart and Slowey. However, if he's still a FA I could probably pick up Buster Posey, the rookie C/1B for the Giants, over the three. He's just been called up and has had two good starts in a row. He seems like a pretty promising rookie.
