My hubby and I would love to get pregnant again, we both are young and fertile and are not stressing about it?

but its been 2 years with no kiddies.... any home remedies any one can suggest?? He has kids from a prev relationship as have I but for some reason we cant conceive together. We would both love 2 more but would be more than happy with even 1.... Any suggestions??
