How to transfer songs from frostwire to windows media player?

step by step and alternate steps just incase :). I downloaded all the music I wanted but now I can't figure out how to get it in wmp?! I've looked up some answers buty they didn't help with what i have. I have windows 7. I really don't know what to do ;(
