Whats the best way to get into glamour modelling in the uk?

Im only 16 at the moment, 17 this year, but looking to pursue a career in glamour modelling and was wondering whats the best way to go about it, im 5'8, blue eyes and natural blonde hair, im a size 8 and have 3 tattoos, i have clear skin (no spots etc) and am comfortable infront of the camera, any ideas on how to get into this type of modelling for me?
