I have lost my two bf's because I thought they were BFs behind my back, I'm sure I was right...?

They said they never wanted to see me again and I have nobody else. We were playing a game (not a lame one, were in Y7) and they were like laughing together and stuff, I tried not to be a jealous cow but it was TORTURE!!!! I tried to be sneaky but no, and it's kinda stupid just sittin by myself and stuff PLZ HELP
