ok im startin skool 2morrow so i have 2 wake up at 7:30 normaly but 2morow i have to straighten my hair in the morning(wich takes a hour)so i have to wake up at 6:30 2morow morning so i have to go to bed at 11:00pm but im sooo used to goin to bed at like 2 or 3 am in the morning lol so wat r som methods to fal asleep faster?nd plz NO PILLS im only 12
