Help, what does his handshake mean? does he like me?

Ive been going to a gym for 2 years & have admired a trainer working there from the distance, he finally came past whilst i was stretching one day not long ago & introduced himself whilst he shook my hand & he didnt let go for three minutes. He apologized for not doing so sooner & said he had been watching me train. I felt like an idiot bacause he caught me by suprise& i couldnt really talk much esp because he was still holding my hand. Know he shakes my hand whenever he sees me. theres no business between us for im already a personal trainer, but im struggling to read if hes into me. Is he? Im into him.
