I'm not sure of the organ thing but doents and other stuff.A lot depends on were you live.Sometimes it maybe free depending if they do not have someone to take it for them.I have done it but for a cheap flight.The most are from NYC and LA.There are some from Miami,Chicago,Boston,and San Fransisco.Just do a search for couriers and you will come up with a list of them.Plus there are some in London also.There is courier.org which list flighs and it is a one time $40 charge for life to join.There are other sites is a yearly charge and they give you a list of companies to contact and where they fly from and were they go to.From NYC you can go most anywhere.
